Joanna, SC – February 13, 2009 – Grizzly Forest Products today announced the completion of its merger with Grizzly Moulding and Millwork Corporation.     The merger was guided by the desire for the more efficient and streamlined operations of both companies.   "The time is right for this to happen as we are constantly searching for cost savings and better service for our customers.  This will improve our service capability for our Grizzly Moulding customers" stated David Stone, CEO of Grizzly Forest.  "Joining forces will just make us better all of the way down the line."
