Joanna, SC – January 3, 2007 – Grizzly Forest Products today announced the aquisition of Beaufort, South Carolina based Curtis Heart Pine.  

Curtis Heart Pine has been a market maker in the heart pine flooring industry for over a decade.  "With a beatuful line of heart pine products and serving the South Carolina coastal area where housing growth is outpacing the nation, it just made send for us to get Curtis into our fold" said David Stone,  President of Grizzly Forest Products.   The aquisition is in effect immediately and all Curtis products will be available from Grizzly Forest Products.
